Program Date:
April 15-June 6th
*4 athletes minimum to start a group.
Age Groups:
Junior Ages 11-13
High School Athletes 14-18
Day/Time:
High School: Tuesday & Thursday 3:30PM
Junior Athletes: Monday & Wednesday 4:20PM
*Times can be subjected to change based on what is best for the groups ages/experience level.

Performance Coach
A graduate from Montclair State Univeristy with a BS in Exercise Science, Elijah brings 4+ years of coaching experience to S+. He has worked with athletes of all ages and is currently the assistant varsity basketball coach for Kearny High School Girls Basketball.
Eric VanTine
Ceo - Founder
With 12+ years of coaching experience, Eric has worked with some of the top athletes in all sports. He brings a holistic approach to training focusing on athlete durability, strenght, power, and endurance with a focus on mindfulness and the connection of the mind and body.
